Removal of Telesonic sticker or products with tampered serial number will be charged to the customer as though the product was no longer covered by the warranty. Telesonic Communication will not be liable for products destroyed or damaged by the customer. Customers can log onto their account and view their orders, which will list the purchased products warranty periods. Customers can also create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) right from their account.

Customer agrees to pay for all shipping charges for repairs and advanced replacement items. If an item needs to be returned to Telesonic Communication for any reason other than DOA, the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused.

In no event shall Telesonic Communication be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Telesonic Communication has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
